Fetch!

What is it?

A class to teach your pet to fetch (retrieve). Not all dogs are natural retrievers but all can be taught to retrieve.

What do I need?

A friendly and hungry dog. Five wooden dowels approximately six inches in length and comfortable for your dog to hold in his mouth. (Amazon or Home Depot). No corrections only encouragement and praise. Food is used to reward your dog and a hungry dog learns much faster. Dogs should not be fed before class.

How does my dog benefit when he can Fetch?

Once your dog Fetches exercising him is a breeze. He can run after thrown objects while you sit in a chair. A Fetching dog is lots more attentive to you and his attention span lengthened, too. This is a required skill to earn the AKC Novice Trick Dog Title. ( AKC evaluation free for Companion Members)

When can my dog start?

Dogs of any age can enroll. 

Payment Terms: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in class, the balance will be due on the first day of class. Balance for class - $140 for Check or $130 for Cash. (Total for class is $165 for Check and $155 for Cash)
